Shrinking the Footprint is the Church of England's response to environmental concerns in the 21st Century. Other Anglican churches around the world are also committed to environmental action as part of their mission.

The Anglican Communion which comprises more than 80 million members in 44 regional and national member churches around the globe in more than 160 countries has an Environmental Network and regularly updates news.
